I started my career in estate agencies, witnessing the fast-paced, high-pressure environment first hand. The constant hustle, the drive to secure that one “yes” from a client, and the relentless push to land the next big deal, it was exhilarating but impersonal. I thrived in the chaos, but deep down, I felt out of place. I found myself working late nights, going the extra mile for clients simply because I cared. Yet, in a traditional agency, you’re often just another number. Each property to them was just a transaction, but to me, it was a home entrusted into my care.

That’s why, after years of learning, sometimes from my own mistakes, sometimes from others, I created Miller Moves. I wanted to build something different, a community where clients feel like family. Our office is calm and organised, and everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave with signed contracts. We intentionally keep our client roster limited, so every property and every client receives the attention they deserve. Just as tenants are carefully vetted, so are our systems and processes, ensuring quality over quantity.
